Notice on Free Repair and Replacement Support for Accessories in Select Categories

We are updating our after sales support for accessories in select product categories to make the ownership experience easier and more reassuring.

For tritium products and silver jewelry, if an accessory is damaged within 60 days of delivery for any reason, we will provide free repair or replacement support.

In most cases, we will ship the needed replacement part to you at no cost and include clear step by step instructions so you can complete the replacement yourself.

If you would rather send the item back to us, we can also handle the replacement for you at no charge. In that case, the return shipping cost and any related fees would need to be covered by the customer.

Please note that we do not offer accessories for individual sale at this time.

Based on our experience, the replacement parts and instructions we provide are usually enough to complete the repair smoothly.
