Design Process
The journey started with digital modeling, analyzing light reflection paths to enhance brightness efficiency. By combining metallic reflectivity with PMMA light-guiding technology, we developed a crisscross reflective structure to maximize glow intensity.
But when the first version was released, feedback came in quickly, hardcore users loved the performance but disliked the look. So began a long, detail-focused process of refining the external design, merging function with aesthetics.
Production Process
Each outer casing is cast and shaped before going through extensive hand-finishing. Every texture and groove is individually carved and aged by a craftsman, there's no shortcut.
The antique finishes, especially the dual-tone bronze effect, require multiple steps: first, a base coat of pigment is applied to the raw brass. Then, parts of the surface are hand-polished to reveal contrast between highlights and recessed tones. Only after this step can the piece go through electroplating.
This level of craftsmanship takes time. But that’s the essence of real artistry, if it didn’t demand this much labor, it wouldn’t be worthy of being called handmade.
