Statement on Sales Channels and Similar Products

We have recently been notified that products very similar to ours are appearing on various sales websites. Some share a similar appearance, some share similar descriptions, and some match both the look and wording. Prices on these sites range from £2.5 to £100.

We would like to make this clear:

We operate through one official sales channel only. Any similar items found on other platforms are not made, sold or maintained by us. We are unable to provide after-sales support for products purchased outside our official store.

To help customers understand our work more clearly, we will continue to share product photos and videos without watermarks. Although we have already blocked a large number of AI crawlers and data scraping tools, it is not possible to prevent all third parties from using or copying our material.

Our products are made in small batches and involve designs that are difficult to protect across different legal systems. Because of the complexity of appearance patents and the challenges of enforcing them internationally, we are not planning to apply for design protection for the time being.
